RUNNING WARTHOG

Running Warthog

Somewhere urgent to be

Replies personally, usually within one working day.

Foundry lead time for a new cast is no more than 8 weeks.

This Running Warthog draws on repeated sightings in Kenya, where the animal's surprising speed and slightly comic character became impossible to ignore. Captured mid-run, tail raised, the piece leans into that fleet-footed energy rather than a more static or dignified pose - a deliberately lighter, more playful subject than some of the other work. Cast in bronze using the traditional lost-wax process, this piece is part of a limited edition, each cast individually signed and numbered.

It's the trot and the bustle I love - the absolute conviction that wherever he's going matters enormously.
