SPRINTING CHEETAHS

Sprinting Cheetah Pair

At full stretch

Foundry lead time for a new cast is no more than 8 weeks.

This is Sprinting Cheetah Pair. I wanted to capture the full athleticism of these animals at absolute top speed - the front cheetah is caught mid-stride, front leg outstretched just as it lands, while the back cheetah is bunched up in that powerful, explosive gallop position just before the next stretch. Together they read as one continuous burst of movement. There's also a hidden divide built into the piece, so the two animals can actually be separated and displayed with more space between them if you want a wider, more dynamic spread across a mantelpiece or table. Cast in bronze using the lost-wax process, hand-finished, part of a limited edition - each cast signed and numbered, with a certificate of authenticity.

This pose exists because of what bronze can do. All that body, carried on very little.
